The top is made of 16-gauge stainless steel€”a medium-duty metal option that's thicker than 18 gauge and thinner than 14 gauge. With this type of construction, it's ideal for prepping with small equipment or by hand. While employees work, the 5-inch-tall rear splash guard keeps splatter off the wall. Its front edge has a stallion design that's less sharp than the side edges, which line up flush to flat surfaces. The galvanized steel legs have stainless bullet feet that adjust on uneven floors, and the galvanized undershelf has a place for supplies and small pieces of equipment.
