The John Boos UFBLG3630 worktable features an undershelf that's great for holding cooking equipment, ingredient containers, and other on-hand essentials. Made of stainless steel, this table resists denting and scraping, so spatulas and knives can be safely used on its surface for direct food prep work. Its 18-gauge thickness makes it more affordable than a lower gauge, but this also means reduced metal thickness. Because this top is sound deadened, clanging from utensils is minimized.
