The John Boos UFBLS2418 work table has an 18-gauge stainless steel top that's an economical alternative to thicker 14-gauge and 16-gauge metals. With this durability, the tabletop can be used for prepping without equipment. This top has a stallion safety edge that protects users from sharp edges, and the rear edge has a small backsplash that keeps ingredients on the table. The base is made of stainless steel and has an adjustable undershelf that keeps prep supplies close. It's mounted on non-marking plastic feet that are adjustable to remain stable on non-level ground.
