Constructed of 18-gauge 430-series stainless steel, the John Boos UFBLS2424 commercial work table's top is an affordable alternative to heavy-duty 14-gauge and standard 16-gauge stainless. Because it's less durable than other options, it's ideal for chopping, dicing, and other prep tasks that can be done by hand. Designed to keep ingredients off the back wall, the tabletop rear edge has an upturned design. The front edge has a stallion safety design that prevents injury from sharp points, and the end edges are straight to promote installation directly against flat surfaces.
