Designed with an adjustable undershelf, the John Boos UFBLS3018 economy work table helps employees keep prep supplies close to the work station. It has a stainless steel top, and because it's 18 gauge, it's an economical alternative to more heavyweight metals. With this level of durability, the worktop is ideal for prep tasks that can be done by hand without additional equipment. The rear edge has a 11/2-inch-tall backsplash to catch splatter, while the front has a stallion design that reduces uncomfortable sharp edges. The base is made of stainless steel, excluding the plastic bullet feet, which keep the unit stable on uneven floors.
