The John Boos UFBLS3030 commercial work table is 30 inches by 30 inches and has an economical, 18-gauge stainless steel top. It can be used for light-duty tasks, such as manual prep work without equipment. The rear edge has a small backsplash to protect the wall, and the side edges are flat for placement against walls and equipment. Made of stainless steel, the legs have an adjustable undershelf that keep supplies close to the prep surface. These legs are mounted on plastic bullet feet that won't mark floors like metal options. They can be adjusted on uneven ground to maintain stability. This table ships knocked down and requires assembly in the field.
