John Boos UFBLS3624 36" 18 ga Work Table w/ Undershelf & 430 Series Stainless Top, 1 1/2" Backsplash
To stabilize it on uneven floors, the John Boos UFBLS3624 worktable is mounted on adjustable plastic bullet feet. The legs are made of stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion that can be caused by mop water and cleaning chemicals, and the top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. This material is thinner than 16 gauge and 14 gauge, but it's durable enough for users to perform prep work such as chopping ingredients and mixing batter. To keep water and food messes from splattering on the wall behind the table, it has a 11/2-inch backsplash.
