The Lakeside 6210 heated dish dispenser includes two self-leveling dish-dispensing tubes that accommodate 25 inches of stacked plates. Operators can load dishes quickly into the cabinet's top openings, and nylon guides ensure the dishes are level to minimize breakage. Both dispensers support dishes with diameters between 9¹/₄ inches to 10¹/₈ inches. Made of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel for longevity, this 32-inch-wide by 18¹/₂-inch-deep by 40-inch-high structure is fitted with 4-inch Lake-Glide™ swivel casters€”two of which have stabilizing brakes.

This Lakeside 6210 dish dispenser features an enclosed base with separate thermostatic heat controls for both dispensers. When they're heated, plates can keep food warm for longer periods of time, boosting customer satisfaction. Each element is adjustable between 100 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit, raising the temperature of dishes as much as 40 degrees Fahrenheit in an hour. The thermostatic controls feature low- and high-temperature cutouts to ensure safe dish storage.
