This Lakeside 7501 mobile dish dispenser has two columns that fit as many as 50 pellets each; it can fit pellets between 7 and 10¹/₄ in diameter. This unit is primarily used for mobile service and mounted on 5-inch swivel casters, two of which brake to keep the unit in place when it's reached its desired location. It's simple to maneuver with the assistance of a steering handle. Through a single control system, users can initiate the heating system powered via a 3,200-watt heating element, and when cleaning or maintenance is required, the dispensing unit can be removed.

The exterior of the Lakeside 7501 mobile dish dispenser is constructed of 18-gauge, 300-series stainless steel, while the inner wall is made of aluminum to reduce aesthetic and structural damage. The sides and top of the cabinet are insulated with fiberglass to retain heat so the pellets remain service ready. At the moment this device reaches too-high temperatures, the compartments automatically shuts off.
