For mixing a wide range of ingredients in high-capacity settings, the Varimixer V100PL V-Series 100-quart mixer features a 4-horsepower variable speed drive and agitator to combine ingredients quickly. Its speed can be set between 47 and 257 RPMs, and its anti-friction ball bearings withstand frequent use. Because this unit is belt driven, it eliminates the need for oil that could potentially spill into the bowl during mixing. For user safety, this overload-protected unit is equipped with an interlock mechanism that halts operation if the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered. Using the front-mounted control panel, operators can set the timer to a maximum of 90 minutes, initiate the power bowl-lift feature, and activate the emergency-stop function.

This floor-model Varimixer V100PL commercial planetary mixer measures 27¹/₅ inches wide by 46¹/₁₀ inches deep by 79³/₅ inches high when the safety guard is lifted. It is also fitted with nonskid feet that secure it in place during use. For long-term rust, wear, and corrosion resistance, its top cover, planetary cover, bayonet shaft, bowl guard, and legs are made of resilient stainless steel, while its legs and non-stainless steel outer surfaces are finished with a durable white powder coating. This unit includes a stainless steel 100-quart bowl, wire whip, dough hook, and ingredient chute and an aluminum flat beater to ease operation and accommodate various mixing needs.
