The self-closing doors stay open at 90 degrees, while their magnetic gaskets create a secure seal for product.

Foamed in place with polyurethane, the Arctic Air AMT48R mega top prep table is constructed of durable stainless steel on the front and sides. Its interior ABS liner increases the visibility of spills, and the removable doors facilitate cleaning. Operators can read the temperature on the digital LED thermometer.
