Arctic Air AST72R 71 1/2" Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Arctic Air AST72R prep table has a top cutout with 18 sixth-size pans that hold various toppings for sandwiches and salads. On its full-length cutting board, users can prep ingredients for the pans and assemble food for customers. The cabinet bottom is accessible behind three self-closing doors, each of which has a recessed handle that does not take up valuable aisle space. The door's magnetic gaskets prevent cold-air leaks.

The unit has a white ABS interior liner that resists corrosion and withstands heavy use. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior floor is heavy duty and has coved corners that eliminate crevices that trap dirt and debris. The Arctic Air AST72R prep table has a digital LED display for monitoring the temperature, which can be set anywhere between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
