The Beverage Air CDR4HC-1-B full-service deli case has three levels, two of which are adjustable shelves that users can move up and down to make room for large and small containers. It keeps the interior contents chilled to between 33 and 41 degrees, and operators can adjust the temperature using the fully electronic control panel. Rated for open food products that aren't sealed in packaging, this case streamlines thorough cleaning with its durable stainless steel interior.
