The Beverage-Air DP46 Deli/Pizza Prep table is a highly efficient refrigeration system that holds foods at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees F. Even if foods are not sealed, this range of temperatures ensures that products will remain fresh and unfrozen.

Unlike cold wall refrigeration systems, this all-purpose prep table does not entail the sanitation risks associated with defrosting. Instead it utilizes a technique of air recirculation, circumventing potential drainage issues. Air is distributed over the pans, under the pans, and directly into the cabinet. This three-pronged function of the evaporator enables the cabinet doors to be opened without posing a threat to the internal temperature of the Beverage-Air DP46.
