The Beverage Air DPD119HC-4 pizza prep table has four sections with two durable steel shelves each. Because they are coated with epoxy, these shelves resist rusting even when frequently exposed to moisture. This unit features a removable polyethylene cutting board that can withstand everyday use in busy sandwich shops or pizzerias.

For resistance to rusting, denting, and scratching, the front, grille, top and sides of the Beverage Air DPD119HC-4 refrigerated prep table are constructed of stainless steel. To facilitate mobility, this unit is mounted on casters. It cools using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and features an epoxy-coated evaporator coil.
