The Beverage Air DPD119HC-6T refrigerated prep table includes a refrigerated pan rail and cools using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Because ita€™s mounted on casters, operators can comfortably transport the unit between locations, or simply move it out of the way for cleaning. Ideal for storing and prepping sandwich ingredients and pizzas, it has a temperature holding range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
