The Beverage Air SPE27HC-B Elite Series® prep table is constructed of durable stainless and galvanized steel. Its aluminum interior is also heavy duty for constant use. This unit is ideal for prepping pizzas, sandwiches, and salads with the eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans in the open compartment that hold toppings. A 10-inch-deep cutting board makes it easy to prep ingredients on the table.

The door to the cabinet is removable for cleaning and replacing, and it can also be reversed in the field to adapt to different layouts. It closes by itself to keep cold air in the cabinet. To make it easy to load product into the cabinet, the door stays open past 120 degrees. Gaskets around the door liner help keep cold air in the cabinet.

An automatic condensate evaporator eliminates the need for floor drains. Air flows under and above the polycarbonate pans to ensure product stays under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. With an electronic control panel, the operator can easily adjust and monitor temperatures. The Beverage Air SPE27HC-B Elite Series prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures.
