The Beverage Air SPE36HC-08 Elite Series® prep table has self-closing doors that can stay open 120 degrees and be removed for cleaning. Doors are field reversible to suit different layouts, and the snap-in gaskets seal in cold air. Four 6-inch casters enable transportation, and the table has a 10-inch-wide removable cutting board made of white polyethylene plastic. Four epox- coated steel wire shelves hold product inside, while the Beverage Air SPE36HC-08 prep table includes eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Pans are recessed two inches from the top of the cabinet, and the cabinet exterior is mostly constructed of stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior liner.
