It's drilled with 4-inch faucet holes€”faucet sold separately€”and features three compartments. Here, operators can wash, sanitize, and rinse simultaneously. So air can circulate around washed glassware, the ends are fitted with creased drainboards featuring perforated inserts atop them.

The John Boos UBS3-2136-X underbar three-compartment sink is built of durable stainless steel, which is a corrosion-resistant material that's easy to maintain. The backsplash is 3 inches high and helps reduce splatter, while the front-to-back bracing helps support the weight of the unit and its contents. To prevent water from overflowing while filling, the unit has 1¹/₂-inch overflow standpipes and drains.
