This 41¹³?₁₆-inch-wide by 24³?₈-inch-deep by 74-inch-tall unit's shelf frames are made of durable steel and coated in corrosion-, rust-, and abrasion-resistant epoxy. The shelves come with vented polypropylene shelf mats, promoting airflow and enhancing light penetration. Both the shelf mats and posts are treated with Microban? antimicrobial protection to inhibit bacterial growth between regular cleanings and prevent odors and product damage.

The Metro 5Q547G3 commercial shelving unit can be assembled by attaching the one-piece wedge connectors to the 74-inch-tall polymer posts. Once all the wedges are secured to the posts, the five shelves can be added to the wedge connectors. Staff can raise and lower the shelves in 1-inch increments using the corner-release system, which simplifies repositioning the wedge connectors. To ensure stability on irregular flooring, its reinforced nylon feet can be adjusted to account for bumps or irregularities. Because the posts and shelves resist rust, this unit is safe to store in dry or wet storage areas from -20 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit.
