The Metro 5X567GX3 MetroMax i? louvered shelf kit has five shelves with polymer mats that protect them from spillage and other messes. These mats can be removed for cleaning, and to reduce the spread of bacteria, the unit is coated with antimicrobial Microban?. To promote uniform airflow, the shelves have an open-grid design. Polymer posts make the shelving kit sturdy enough to hold 2,000 pounds, though no more than 750 pounds should be placed on a single shelf. These shelves have stainless steel corners that are reinforced for protection.
