The New Age 1331 sheet pan rack can be used for proofing, cooling, and storing product. The aluminum rack resists corrosion and is completely welded, adding structural strength. Four 5-inch-diameter swivel casters and non-marking wheels provide mobility without scratching the floor. This rack has 3-inch slide spacings and accepts 20 full-size sheet pans.
