The New Age 1028TB heavy-duty shelf has two tiers of shelving with an overall capacity of 1,000 pounds that's ideal for correctional facilities and other high-volume institutions. Each shelf is slatted to promote air circulation and maintain a dry, temperature-stable environment; the clearance between the shelves is 34¹/₂ inches to provide space for stacking. These flat shelf surfaces ensure loading and unloading is smooth while streamlining cleanup. Made of aluminum, the shelving unit is heavy duty and corrosion resistant. It has integrated feet that adjust on uneven floors to stabilize and prevent wobbling.
