Prince Castle 970-A Bagel Slicer w/ Replaceable Stainless Steel Blades
The Prince Castle 970-A bagel slicer cuts bagels in a single stroke, producing uniform slices while reducing labor needs. It can accommodate bagels as large as 53/4 inches diameter by 2 inches thick. Heavy-duty stainless steel blades slice the bread and can be replaced if they are damaged. A table stop is built into the Prince Castle 970-A bagel slicer to prevent it from moving when slicing. Since the unit is completely submersible, it can be rinsed and wiped down.
