The blender arm has an all-in-one tri-blade cutting system, which is great for creating sauces of thin or thick consistencies. To reduce splashes and other product messes, it sports a hooded design. At the end of the business day, it can be detached and washed with hot water and gentle soap.

The motor of the XM-71 commercial immersion blender can operate at a 12,000-revolution-per-minute speed. Once it's functioning, the top-placed LED status lights communicate the machine's status.
