Its four solid, white powder-coated cantilever shelves can be tilted as much as 15 degrees to accommodate different drinks, salads, sandwiches, yogurt, or packaged snacks, and each shelf features an eye-catching LED light strip to illuminate displayed products. While the interior is lined with white aluminum to establish a neutral background against displayed products, the floor and deck pans are made of rugged stainless steel. Glass panels integrated on the sides and lower front help minimize temperature loss without obstructing the customers' view.

The self-contained refrigeration system maintains temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure products are held in a safe environment. The entire cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation to retain generated temperatures, and to further minimize energy consumption, it includes a night cover that can be placed over the open front after business hours. This 48-inch-wide by 29¹/₈-inch-deep by 78¹/₂-inch-tall unit is built with a welded heavy-duty steel frame rail that's powder coated black for corrosion resistance. To prevent disruptive wobbling on irregular surfaces, the frame rail is fitted with leg levelers. For optimal results, this unit shouldn't be used in environments exceeding 80 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent relative humidity.
