Its self-contained refrigeration system operates with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For efficiency, its condenser automatically cleans itself of dust that could affect performance or even result in system failure. However, if maintenance issues occur, the compressor compartment is simple to access from the rear. Employees can monitor case temperature with the solar-powered digital thermometer and make adjustments with the digital electronic thermostat. To uphold unit efficiency, it shouldn't be installed in areas that exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 55 percent Fahrenheit, and it should also be placed away from HVAC vents, doorways, or fans.

So customers have a full view of product offerings, this dessert case sports a straight, European-style front glass with a minimal case frame. The front, side, and rear panels are made of low-E, coated, triple-pane glass that's tempered for user safety. Inside the case, the three display levels are comprised of two tempered glass shelves with front and rear stainless steel edges and a stainless steel floor. The shelves can be raised or lowered to accommodate various cake sizes and are lined with LED lighting to illuminate the showcased food.

Its stainless steel exterior, floor, and airflow grille resist rust, corrosion, and wear to prolong service life and maintain a clean, front-of-house appearance. This full-service unit requires staff to retrieve products from the two swing rear doors, and to ease product insertion and removal, these doors can remain open or self-close.
