Reducing the risk of clogging or plumbing damage, the John Boos GT-14 grease interceptor traps and isolates grease and fat from wastewater. It can hold as much as 14 pounds of grease and has a flow rate of 7 gallons per minute. This unit's cover and baffle are both removable, and it comes with a T-vent.
