The Dexter Russell S286-8SQH-PCP Sani-Safe® grill turner has a blue polypropylene handle that works well in color-coded systems. Measuring 8 inches by 3 inches, the turner's blade is made of durable stainless steel and has a flat, square end for scraping residue from greasy griddle surfaces. Its handle is made of polypropylene and textured for a secure grip. The turner can withstand heat as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit and slides easily under cooking food with its beveled design.
