The Garland G60-6G24RS G Starfire Pro gas range helps restaurants with diverse menus serve up well-cooked foods, and it has six cast iron burners that have 33,000-BTU capacities and are all fully interchangeable. Positioned on the rangetop, a griddle enables operators to cook pancakes and burgers. Users can adjust its temperature with high and low knobs.

In the base of the Garland G60-6G24RS gas range, a standard oven bakes breads and roasts meats. The oven has an enameled porcelain interior that is convenient to clean, while its door handle remains cool to the touch during cooking. A storage compartment next to the oven provides a place to put cookware when it's not being used.
