Imperial ITG-48 48" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial ITG-48 gas griddle is powered by natural gas and features a continuous pilot light, which ignites the three burners. Each burner is controlled by an independent thermostatic knob that enables precise heat control. The front, sides, splash guards, and ledge of the griddle are all constructed of durable stainless steel. The griddle is designed for countertop use and features four 4-inch steel legs that raise the griddle to a more comfortable working height. So multiple menu items can be prepared at once, the griddle's large cooking surface measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep.

The grease filters into the Imperial ITG-48 griddle's 4-inch-wide grease gutter, then into the grease can that features a weep hole and can be easily removed. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick, which allows it to retain heat, and the burners beneath it are interspersed with aeration baffles that help promote even heat distribution across the plate. Overall, the griddle measures 48 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 14 inches tall.
