This unit also includes a straight burner to maintain consistent temperature recovery across the full surface. Its crumb tray collects debris beneath the griddle, while the stainless steel front, sides, and back riser support heavy use.

The Turbo Air TAR-36G range features a single standard oven with an interior depth of 26 5/16 inches. Its fully stainless steel-lined oven cavity includes one rack and accommodates two positions. A thermostatic dial provides precision with a range of 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. For stability on uneven floors, the unit is mounted on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, and its pull-out oven door enables direct access to the cavity during operation.
