The Vulcan EV36S-4FP12G240 electric range is built with four French hotplates and a 12-inch griddle. There are infinite controls to adjust the heat and offer versatile cooking options. To keep the operator safe from burns, the controls stay cool to the touch. With a deep, stainless steel crumb tray, liquids and food debris from cooking are contained until ready to be thrown away.
A standard oversized oven is built on the base of the range. An 18-inch-by-26-inch sheet pan can be accommodated side to side and front to back in the oven cavity. It comes with one oven rack that can be adjusted to four positions. The thermostat adjusts from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the controls are isolated in a side-mounted insulated compartment. Since the front, shelf, and sides are constructed of stainless steel, the Vulcan EV36S-4FP12G240 electric range is durable and resists minor damage. To stabilize on uneven floors, the 6-inch stainless steel legs are adjustable.
