Wells HDG-2430G 24" Gas Griddle W/ Manual Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible
The Wells HDG-2430G heavy-duty countertop gas griddle is designed for use with either natural or LP gas. Its stainless steel housing incorporates a removable front panel to provide service access to components. The griddle surface is a 3/4-inch-thick, durable plate that distributes heat evenly and preheats quickly.
Across the 48-inch-wide grilling surface, two burners heat the top, controlled with separate manual knobs that need continuous monitoring and adjustment to prevent overheating. Both burners have an adjustable air shutter that controls primary air and provides optimum combustion. The large-capacity, stainless steel drip drawer can be removed from the Wells HDG-2430G countertop griddle to expedite cleaning.
