Wells HDTG-2430G 24" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

Great for small operations, the cooking surface on the Wells HDTG-2430G commercial griddle is 23³/₄ inches wide by 23³/₄ inches deep. It has two sections that are controlled by separate control knobs. Because the controls are thermostatic instead of manual, the heat level can be set at a specific level to ensure cooking is accurate. Each section also has an on/off control knob and an adjustable shutter that controls air to ensure combustion is ideal.

Measuring ³/₄ of an inch thick, the plate on this Wells HDTG-2430G gas griddle quickly heats up and cools down, but it won't retain heat as well as a thicker plate. A backsplash and side splashguards catch grease and food splatter, streamlining cleanup around the griddle. The operator can push grease on the plate into the trough along the front so it'll move into the grease drawer for convenient cleaning.
