A good choice for rigorous environments, the Wolf ASA60-30 gas griddle is constructed primarily of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. For additional durability, it features a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis as well as five aluminized steel burners. So operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, each burner is individually controlled with an embedded snap-action thermostat. Measuring 60 inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 15¹/₄ inches high, this unit is designed for countertop placement.

Enabling operators to clean beneath the Wolf ASA60-30 countertop griddle, it's mounted on adjustable 4-inch legs. It's equipped with stainless steel back and side splashes to keep splatter off walls and surrounding equipment, while two 6-quart grease drawers collect runoff to streamline end-of-day cleaning. Reducing the risk of injury during use, it features a cool bull-nose design, and if the pilot extinguishes, a pilot safety valve will shut off the gas and burners.
