Wolf ASA72-30 72" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - Deep Depth, 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The temperature of the Wolf ASA72-30 countertop griddle can be adjusted between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit using snap-action thermostatic controls. It features a thermostat for each of its six U-shaped burners that are made of aluminized steel for strength and durability. Withstanding dents and scratches through everyday use, the majority of the unit's remainder is constructed of stainless steel. For simplified cleaning, it features a polished steel griddle plate that won't harbor stuck-on residue.

The Wolf ASA72-30 gas griddle features a cool bull-nose design to ensure comfortable operation, while its bottom heat shields provide protection for the surface it rests on. Its 4-inch legs enable users to clean beneath it, and these legs are adjustable to account for uneven countertops. This unit ignites manually, and if the pilot extinguishes, a pilot safety valve shuts off burners and gas.
