Vulcan VCCG36-IS 36" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane
Designed to fit on a countertop, the Vulcan VCCG36-IS gas griddle measures 36 inches wide by 33 1/10 inches deep by 18 4/5 inches high. It boasts a primarily stainless steel construction, providing excellent defense against rust and streamlining cleaning. Its back and side splashes confine splatter and its 6-quart grease drawer collects and stores runoff to keep the surrounding area tidy. In order for operators to clean beneath it, this unit is elevated on adjustable, 4-inch legs.
The Vulcan VCCG36-IS countertop griddle has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit; operators can adjust that using solid-state, thermostatic controls. Its 1-inch-thick griddle plate is heated with three 3 IRX® infrared burners, and because it's made of polished steel, it's easy to wipe clean. To ensure safe operation, this unit features an electronic ignition with a pilot protection system.
