The Vulcan VCCG48-IS gas griddle has a polished steel plate that resists burned-on food, streamlining cleaning. Because the plate is 1 inch thick, it can endure high heat and recurrent use without cracking or warping. With its four infrared burners, the griddle heats up evenly and uses reduced energy. Each burner is separately controlled, helping users create multiple cook zones for different foods.
The Vulcan VCCG48-IS countertop griddle features electronic spark ignition and can be set in a temperature range from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The control knobs are shielded from impacts with chrome wire guards, preventing accidental temperature adjustments. Supported by a welded steel chassis, this griddle remains square and level throughout extended use. It stands on adjustable, 4-inch legs, keeping the griddle level when ita€™s placed on uneven countertops.
