With a 1-inch-thick steel plate, the Vulcan VCCG60-IS gas griddle reheats quickly and provides uniform cooking results. It has five burners spaced 12 inches apart with a separate solid-state thermostat correlating with each burner, enabling users to cook multiple types of food at the same time. This unit operates with an electronic spark ignition and has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. With pilot protection, it has a reduced risk of overheating or element burnout.
The Vulcan VCCG60-IS countertop griddle is made of stainless steela€”a metal that won't rust, corrode, dent, or warp. Splatter is contained with a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes, while a front-mounted grease trough catches runoff and leads it into one of the two drawers. Measuring 60 inches wide by 33 1/10 inches deep by 18 4/5 inches high, this griddle fits on a countertop, and for installation on uneven surfaces, it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs.
