Preventing grease from splattering on the walls, the Vulcan VCCG72-AR gas griddle is fitted with a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes. To keep messes off the countertop, a grease trough in the front guides oil into two drawers, and because this unit is mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, it can be elevated to clean underneath it and stabilize it on uneven surfaces. Easing cleaning, this unit comes with a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade.
The Vulcan VCCG72-AR countertop griddle has a temperature range between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. With burners placed every 12 inches, this unit has six cooking zones and separate solid-state thermostats to control each of them. Providing uniform heat distribution, the chrome griddle plate is 1 inch thick to retain heat and recover lost temperatures quickly for constant use. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and corrosion resistant.
