Univex 1405 Manual 5" PattyPress Burger Mold

For making hamburgers, veggie burgers, and crab cakes, the Univex 1405 PattyPress? burger mold creates uniform, 5-inch-diameter patties and can accommodate 8 ounces of meat. When an operator pushes the handle all the way back, the press plate rises so meat is placed on the bottom plate, before the release button lowers the press plate back down onto the bottom plate. Operators can apply light pressure to the press plate by moving the pull handle forward. After pressing the patty, the handle can be returned to the rear to raise the press plate. Paper dividers are included, so users can stack burgers without meat sticking together, and an integrated divider holder keeps the sheets in close reach.
