The single heat lamp is built with a telescoping post that can swivel 30 degrees, adding heat and light wherever necessary. Its clear-coated bulbs enhance visibility to reduce the risk of injury and grab guest attention, and with thermostatic controls, the temperature can be adjusted for precise heating.

The Hatco DCSB400-2420-1 decorative carving station is fitted with a 5-inch-tall sneeze guard to prevent contamination. Its juice containment feature simplifies cleaning, while its Swanstone® heated base is durable and stylish for front- and back-of-house use. This 23¹⁵/₁₆-inch-wide by 19¹⁵/₁₆-inch-deep by 46-inch-high unit features a cutting board measuring 24 inches by 20 inches for slicing beef, pork, and chicken.
