For the durability to withstand high-volume use without rusting, corroding, or warping, the Alto-Shaam 20-20MW Combimate™ heated cabinet is constructed of rugged stainless steel. It features intuitive touch controls with which users can adjust the temperature to a set level between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To quickly turn the unit off or on, it's equipped with a power switch, and its digital controls sense temperature drops to speed recovery.

The Alto-Shaam 20-20MW holding cabinet can accommodate (40) 12-inch by 20-inch pans or (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. It uses a Halo Heat® system that surrounds food gently to prevent cold spots and maintain quality and flavor. A mobile unit, it's mounted on four heavy-duty casters, and it measures 35 inches wide by 41 5⁄16 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high overall.
