The Alto-Shaam 500-2D Halo Heat® warming drawer includes two full-size pans for its drawers, and these pans help keep food off the interior to prevent rust and expedite cleaning. Food stored in the drawers is evenly and gently heated using Halo Heat technology. This system maintains the correct appearance and taste of food without cooking it further. To accommodate different products, the thermostat is adjustable between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the digital controls maintain the set level, quickly correcting any temperature changes. For durability, the unit is made of stainless steel, and for operator convenience, it supports a variety of installation options.
