Because of its 16¹¹a"₁₆-inch width, the Alto-Shaam 500-2DN Halo Heat® narrow warming drawer takes up very little counter space. It is also stackable with other units and supports in-counter installation to maximize space. The unit uses Halo Heat technology to carefully warm foods and extend their hold times. Food goes into a removable full-size pan in each drawer, preventing particles from getting stuck on the inside. Users can adjust the temperature to a level between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure the proper intensity, the digital controls correct temperature changes quickly. When cleaning the unit, the drawer pans can be removed, and any spills can be wiped off the stainless steel exterior.
