An antimicrobial agent in the door's handle prevents illness-causing pathogens from growing.

Vents in the Alto-Shaam 500-S-QS holding cabinet doors promote airflow, ensuring that crispy foods retain their texture. The Halo Heat® heat source surrounds food with constant, uniform temperatures.
