Alto-Shaam 750-S-QS Halo Heat® 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (10) Pan Capacity, 120v
The Alto-Shaam 750-S holding cabinet is equipped with simple controls that consist of an on/off thermostat and an indicator light. It maintains temperatures between 60 and 200 degrees F, and because it uses Halo Heat® to surround food with consistent temperatures, the unit keeps food warm. Vents in the cabinet door help food maintain crisp textures.
The cabinet holds as many as 10 full-sized food pans on its chrome-plated side racks and wire shelves, and four 21⁄2-inch casters provide the unit with mobility. The stainless steel interior and exterior are durable and resistant to corrosion.
