The Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE Halo Heat® holding cabinet has a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and uses gentle Halo Heat to surround food and maintain its quality for extended periods. To minimize heat loss, it's designed with a solid back. It has a built-in lockout feature to prohibit unauthorized adjustments and can accommodate 24 chicken boats with six per shelf. It can be stacked with other units to save space in tight kitchens.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE heated cabinet is durable, rust resistant, and easy to clean. It features solid-state electronic controls with a legible LED display to streamline operation, while its on/off switch enables users to quickly power it down when not in use. Overall, it measures 38¹⁄₈ inches wide by 32 inches deep by 40¹⁄₂ inches high and is mounted on 5-inch casters for mobility.
