The Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE 2081N holding cabinet is designed to be a companion piece to the AR-7E rotisserie oven. This equipment can be used to merchandise sides to go along with rotisserie chicken or keep a batch of fresh chicken hot while another cooks. The oven is equipped with four stainless steel shelves and two stainless steel side racks that allow shelves to be adjusted on 16 positions.

Heat in this cabinet is generated by Alto-Shaam's own Halo Heat system, a method that creates gentle, even heat that won't continue to cook food or dry it out, keeping your products fresh and able to be held for hours. Thermostatic controls allow the Alto-Shaam AR-7H-SGLPANE 2081n holding cabinet's holding temperature to be adjusted from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Four 60-watt light bulbs inside the oven illuminate held products for an attractive display, and Low-E glass prevents an excessive amount of heat from being lost through the glass.
